AI That Fits Your Stack

Most off-the-shelf AI SaaS is built for American startups — generic workflows, US-hosted infra, and a procurement conversation with your DPO you’d rather not have. When the fit is wrong, the tool sits in a tab nobody opens.

I build AI features that fit. Deep integration into your existing stack, EU-resident or self-hosted infrastructure by default, documentation that keeps legal on your side. Working code, not a deck.

How I help

Honest scoping. Not every problem is an AI problem. I’ll tell you where it helps and where it doesn’t — before you spend on a build.

Deep integration into your stack. No bolt-on chat bubble. Proper integration into your data, your workflows, your auth. If you have an identity system, the AI respects it.

EU-resident by default. Mistral, Scaleway, OVHcloud, or self-hosted. No US-subprocessor surprises in the DPIA. Self-host on your own infra if that’s what you need.

Compliance as an output. GDPR and EU AI Act posture handled as part of the engagement — risk classification, audit logging, disclosure copy, post-market monitoring scaffold. Your legal team gets documents they can actually use.

Where I come from

The last decade of my work has been in spaces where trust matters — medical platforms, digital identity (currently working on TWIN/IOTA), verifiable credentials, and compliant crypto/NFT infrastructure. If it ships for a hospital group or a trade-identity system, your feature is easier.

Full stack — TypeScript, Rust, Python — with a preference for reproducible builds and infrastructure I can reason about. See my resume for the longer version.

If you already shipped the AI and want someone to look at whether it leaks, see AI Security Review.

Investment

Scoping — €5–8k

Audit of an existing or planned AI feature. Risk posture, build plan, honest read on whether AI is the right tool here. 1–2 weeks.

Build — €18–25k

End-to-end implementation. EU-resident or self-hosted infrastructure, privacy-aware patterns (PII handling, retrieval grounding, fallbacks), audit logging, and documentation your legal team can hand to procurement. 6–8 weeks.

Retainer — €2–4k/mo

Ongoing advisory and iteration. Monthly compliance check-ins, feature extensions, model updates. Rolling.

Payment via Stripe, Bitcoin, USDT, DAI, or IBAN (wire transfer).

Get in touch

If you’re after a generic AI integration, there are cheaper options — and that’s fine. If you’re shipping something customers pay for and the off-the-shelf tool doesn’t fit, drop me a line or reach out on WhatsApp.

Either way — happy to tell you honestly whether I’m the right person for it.
